One year passes and another begins.

I think a good place to start this text is to point out my expectations for 2025 written here on this blog. Rereading the text, I see that I still have some pending goals for 2026 , including the "definitive" update for Who's The Boss , the game for O Corvo , and the Raylight prototype.
It's no coincidence that these goals have something in common; this year I haven't dedicated much time to game development, at least not to the "hands-on" work of programming, but there has still been some progress in the ideas phase, and pre-production continues.
That's because this year I dedicated myself especially to my music. It was the year I produced and released the most music; at least 7 songs were written and produced ( rixa , ego , luto , alien , sóumavez , prelúdio aceso and Estarei Dançando (not yet released)), besides the various experiments. I am very happy to have been able to release my EP ego in the way it was done; all the graphic aspects of the cover production, visuals, posters, stickers, and especially the CD itself made this project a reality in my hands and in the hands of those who were close to follow along.

Regarding the music, writing, producing, and listening to it was an extremely important alchemical process for my personal development this year; it helped me process thoughts and clearly understand multi-dimensional aspects of my inner universe.
Besides the music, this year, along with an incredible team of 5 people, we finished the film Laranjinha , a short film that beautifully combines stop-motion and CGI. Laranjinha 's story is told in a very special way, with a delicacy that only a Buddhist CAADian could channel. I am very happy to have Isaías as a friend; he brought Laranjinha (the film and the pig) to life, and it was an honor to be part of this team. Soon you will be able to watch the short film and understand what I'm talking about here.

Well, all of that was only in the first half of the year; in the second half, something unexpected yet predictable (?) happened. Guided by my inner compass, I was introduced to martial arts, and I fell in love. The pursuit of my physical development quickly became a priority; it's something I had previously neglected for various reasons, but now that I've managed to integrate this aspect into my life, I feel even more aligned with my purpose and ready to continue expanding my skills in a more confident and assertive way.
It is with this mindset that I want to take my first steps in 2026 , keeping my goals in mind while still creating space for the unexpected, a balance between flow and discipline. I know that with each step taken, the path forms beneath my feet.
I still want to make visualizers for the remaining 3 songs on my EP; they're all planned, but I haven't executed them yet. They're relatively complex animations, more so than the visualizer for ipê. For rixa and luto, I think I'll stick with 3D, but for ego I want a 100% 2D, hand-drawn animation. I'm not in a rush for this; 2026 will be a year where I continue to unfold the visual universe of the EP at my own pace. New songs will continue to be released.
Regarding games, my priority is Who's The Boss. First, I want to refine the current version to the point of having a respectable demo, preparing the ground for a full game release on Steam. The other games will remain in pre-production until I'm truly satisfied with the state of Who's The Boss, but if I want to take a break from it and move forward with another game, nothing will stop me.
That's it, I continue to follow my passions with integrity at all times, using my abilities to the fullest without being attached to expectations or results, maintaining a positive mental state and reevaluating beliefs and mindsets that are not aligned with who I am.
I wish you a happy 2026.
